Yoga

An ancient philosophy that supports total wellbeing - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

Yoga offers a framework for living with self care, care of others and our environment.  Ahimsa, or non-harming, is a guiding principle.  Non-harming of ourselves and others.

I am trained in Hatha yoga, and I also use props in my practice, such as blankets, blocks, straps, bolsters and chairs, to support each person wherever they need support within their individual experience of yoga.  

My own life has been deeply changed by yoga and I love sharing this heart based practice.  I teach classes at various locations in Brisbane, including Camp Hill, Coopers Plains and Sunnybank.  I teach yoga and meditation/relaxation at Choices Cancer and Wellbeing Centre in Auchenflower. 

 

I also offer private sessions for people who would like more individual guidance and perhaps an introduction before joining a public class.
