Tips for a balanced lifestyle
Most people I talk to share with me how busy their lives feel, how little time they have for themselves and to spend it with people they care about.
Perhaps ask yourself if you truly want to change this aspect of your life? What does the busyness give you? What's the trade-off? Do you feel needed, appreciated, important? Does it give you a sense of connecting with others that when you check out if this is true, that's not quite what's happening?
How might you remove some things from your life to create more space? What's important and what can you let go of? You might be surprised.
And the joy that comes from the space you create can be magical. Try it!
